What is RTT and Hypnosis

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a hybrid therapy known for its efficiency in discovering the root cause of a client’s issue and helping them let it go for good. Obesity, anxiety, depression, stress, a lack of self-esteem and addiction are just a few of the many ailments that RTT can help alleviate.
What makes RTT different than standard hypnotherapy is, with RTT the client is taken through a regression which is a technique that uses the subconscious mind’s ability to “remember” what event or experience took place that caused the current issue or problem. RTT is extremely powerful when dealing with past trauma which often stems back to childhood.
